Grounding Installation
This appliance is a three-phases connection appliance and must be connected to a protec-
tive ground. Grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for
the electric current. This appliance is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire.
Intended use
The oven has been designed and produced only for
the following use:
• Pizza baking
• The oven can be used exclusively by authorized
operators (user)
• This appliance is not intended for use by people
(including children) with reduced physical, senso-
ry or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervi-
sion or instruction concerning use of the appli-
ance by a person responsible for their safety
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the appliance
• The manufacturer is not liable for any damage
caused by incorrect operation and improper use.
3. BEFORE FIRST USE
• Remove all protective packaging and wrapping
materials and retain for future use.
• Make sure no packaging debris remain inside the
appliance.
• Check for completeness and any transport dam-
age. In case of damages or incomplete delivery,
please contact supplier
• Keep the packaging for storing your appliance
when not in use for an extended period of time.
• Place the appliance on a flat, level, stable, clean,
horizontal and
heat -resistant surface.
• This is a three-phases appliance. Connect the
power cord according to the circuit diagram with
main switch in “0” position & all of the settings in
the “0” positions.
• Turn on the main switch. And select the setting
for the temperature control. (Temperature ranges
is 0°C ~ 500°C).
• Turn off the main switch when the temperature
attains it setting.
• Allow the appliance to cool down completely and
clean it afterwards
• Repeat this procedure 2 ~ 3 times to remove any
residues from the manufacturing process.
Note: Due to the manufacturing process, the newly
bought appliance may emit some odour. This odour
might remain for the first few cycles. This is normal and does not indicate and defect or hazard. Make
sure the appliance is well ventilated.
