• Always turn the appliance off before disconnecting the plug.
• Never use accessories other than those recommended by the manufacturer. Failure to do
so could pose a safety risk to the user and could damage the appliance. Only use original
parts and accessories.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced phys-
ical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge.
• This appliance must not be used by children under any circumstances.
• Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the mains if it is left unattended or is not in use,
and before assembly, disassembly or cleaning.
• Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
2. SPECIAL SAFETY REGULATIONS
• This appliance is a three-phases appliance. Connect the appliance according to the elec-
tric diagram.
• This appliance is only for pizza cooking. Not suitable for other food.
• Danger of scalding! When this appliance is under operating, do not touch the door and
inside of this appliance directly because of high temperature.
• This appliance must be installed, commissioned and services by a qualified person in
accordance with national and local regulations in force in the country of installation.
• Caution! Danger of burns! The temperature of the accessible surfaces & door of the ap-
pliance get hot during use. Touch the appliance only with its door handle & Temp control
knobs.
• An equipotential bonding terminal is provided to allow cross bonding with other equip-
ment.
• Allow at least 20cm surrounding spacing for ventilation purpose.
• Do not use water jet or steam cleaner and do not immerse the whole appliance.
• Do not cover the smoke vent at the top side of the appliance.
• Do not place heavy objects on top of the appliance. Do not place objects with open flames
(e.g. candles) on top of or beside the appliance. Do not place objects filled with water (e.g.
vases) on or near the appliance.
• Do not place the appliance on hot plates (gas, electric, coal cooking range, etc.). Keep the
appliance away from the hot surfaces and open flames. Always operate the appliance on
a level, stable, clean and horizontal surface.
• Do not place any inflammable objects or inside the appliance.
• Only qualified or trained personnel should use this appliance.
• Take great care when moving the appliance as very heavy, several people are required for
moving the appliance.
