Abscheidung von Emulsionen
aus flüssigen und festen Partikeln:
Flüssigkeit mit einem hohen Anteil an
Feststoffpartikeln und zu Verharzungen
neigenden Kühlschmierstoffen.
Separation of emulsions composed of
liquid and solid particles: Liquids with a
high portion of solid particles and cooling
lubricants with a tendency to gumming.
Bei starken Verunreinigungen der
Emulsionen und bei Festpartikeln.
Separation of strongly contaminated
emulsions and solid particles.
Wartungsintervall /
Maintenance interval
Wir empfehlen alle 6 Monate eine Routinekontrolle
und alle 12 Monate eine Reinigung der Filterstufen.
We recommend a routine inspection every 6 months
and the cleaning of the filter stages every 12 months.
Wir empfehlen, die Filter anfänglich einmal pro Woche
zu kontrollieren und je nach Verschmutzungsgrad der
ersten Filterstufe die Reinigungsintervalle festzulegen.
We recommend that the filters be inspected once a
week to begin with and that cleaning intervals be set
according to the degree of contamination of the first
filter stage.
Wir empfehlen, gegebenenfalls einen zusätzlichen
Vorfilter am Maschinenausgang (Flansch) zum
Gerät zu installieren. Kontrolle einmal wöchentlich.
We recommend the installation of an additional
prefilter at the outlet of the machine (flange) to
the device, if required. Inspection once a week.
