SAS - Screw-Actuated Air Syringe Assembly

Note:

 Do not fill the syringe or tubing with oil

1.  Turn the unit upside down.
2.  Insert the end of the hard polythene tubing through the hole in the 

side of the base.

3.  Ease the tubing over the spigot, ensuring that the tubing is securely 

fitted.

4.  The other end of the tubing is fitted to the micropipette holder.
