• By securing the head box profile directly to the underlying construction
To do this, the fabric set must first be disassembled.
The fabric set can be disassembled directly for:
• Small head box with width < 3200 mm and height < 1500 mm
• Small head box with width > 3200 mm and height < 1000 mm
• Medium head box with height < 2000 mm
• Large head box with width < 3600 mm
• Large head box with width > 3600 mm and height < 2000 mm
The fabric set cannot be disassembled directly for screens that fall outside the aforementioned
preconditions. In this case, you must first roll off some of the fabric set. To this end, connect
the screen to the power network. Roll out the screen until it is within the aforementioned
preconditions.
Then:
Unscrew the removable
profiles with 2.5 hex key.
To remove the fabric set, you
pull the Click&Safe pin (the
blue plastic part).
You then press the spring
on the slide and remove the
fabric set without screws.
You can now secure the head box.
Make sure you use the provided drilling lines so that the fabric
never touches the screw head.
Fasten it close to the endcap as well as in the middle of the
box profile.
