a) General operation

Switching on and off
• Press the
POWER MODE
button (2) to switch the Actioncam on or off. The
status indicator LED (14) stays constant when the camera is switched on and
flashes during a recording.
• To protect the battery, the Actioncam shuts off automatically after an extended
period of inactivity. The time until the Actioncam switches off can be set in
the menu.
• The Actioncam has 3 different operating modes: Video recording mode, photo
mode and playback mode.
• The operating mode is indicated by the symbol at the top left-hand corner of
the display (13).
• Press the
POWER MODE
button (2) when the camera is switched on to se-
lect the desired operating mode in a loop. Switch through video recording
mode > photo mode > playback mode > and settings.
10. Settings menu
• Press the
POWER MODE
button (2) to go to the settings menu. When the
settings menu is open, press repeatedly until you reach the settings.
•
Then, press the ▲Up button/WiFi (9) and the ▼Down button (11) to switch
through the available setting options in the menu.
The menu scrolls from top to bottom, regardless of which button you
press.

Press the trigger button (3) to select and confirm a setting option. The avail
