SCREEN WIPERS
Replacing windscreen wiper
blades
1 :
- Lift the windscreen wiper arm.
- Disconnect the screen washer
tube.
- Turn the wiper blade until it is
horizontal.
- Press tab 1 and lower the blade
gently.
- Pull tab 2 and slide the blade
down to release it from hook 3 .
- Remove the blade.
- Shift the blade then raise it to
release it.
Refitting a windscreen wiper
blade
To refit the wiper blade, proceed in
reverse order to removal. Make sure
that the blade is correctly locked in
position.
Replacing the rear screen wiper
blade
- Lift the wiper arm.
- Turn the wiper blade until it is
horizontal.
- Release it by pulling on it.
- In frosty weather, make sure the wiper blades are not stuck to the
window by ice (risk of motor overheating).
- Monitor the condition of the wiper blades. Change the wiper
blades as soon as they become less efficient (approximately once a year).
