9.1 Scrapping and recycling
Note
Dismantling and scrapping of the domestic hot water tank must be
done by a qualified professional in compliance with prevailing local
and national regulations.
1. Disconnect the anode where one is connected.
2. Cut the electrical power to the boiler.
3. Close the water inlet valves.
4. Drain the installation.
