2.5
Turn-on Procedure
Before switching on the unit, verify that:
>
Power supply meets the requirements shown in the technical table for
the model.
>
The Electrical connection is properly established.
>
There isn’t any obstruction which could compromise a well flown of air
through conditioning circuit
Switch on the unit without the Remote Consent, if present (in Standby mode)
Enable the Remote Consent .
On 3 Phases versions only, verify the fans rotation sense, if wrong, it’s enough
to reverse two phases on main supply cable, all the motors will rotate the
right sense.
Select the working temperature on the thermostat. The working thermostat is
built into the internal unit.
Wait for room temperature to reach the set value and verify the compressor
is shut down. Wait for the unit to switch on again after the temperature has
changed for some degrees.
2.6
Shut-down Procedure
2.6.1
Daily shut down
To shut down the unit select OFF using the switch on the control panel. In this way the
unit could be switched back on at any time.
If equipped with the Remote ON/OFF, is possible to control by a PLC or any generic
control the operation of the air conditioner.
CAUTION:
Before operate every intervention of service and maintenance, is necessary
to switch OFF the unit by the Main Switch. The Remote ON/OFF disabling is not secure
enough.
2.6.2
Long term shut-down procedure
No particular procedures are defined for long term shut down, simply follow the one
described in the previous paragraph.
2.7
Periodic
maintenance
CAUTION:
Before operate every intervention of service and maintenance, is necessary
to switch OFF the unit by the Main Switch. The Remote ON/OFF disabling is not secure
enough.
2.7.1
Weekly maintenance
No weekly maintenance is required.
