2.7.2
Monthly maintenance
Clean the heat exchangers. Use compressed air, a vacuum cleaner or a brush, without
damaging the thin blades. The schedule of this intervention can be revised in
according with the condition of the dirt accumulation find on the first time. If no dirt is
present, extend the terms of this operation.
2.7.3
Maintenance every two years
Clean the whole unit.
Replace damaged insulation.
Replace oxidized parts and parts with damaged paint.
2.8
Lubrication
The compressor is hermetic and contains the proper quantity and quality of lubricant
oil. It does not require any maintenance.
ATTENTION
: All maintenance work should be done with the unit switched off and
disconnected power supply.
2.9
Warnings
The unit is designed and built to guarantee the maximum safety.
ATTENTION
: High temperatures of some internal components during the working cycle is
possible.

: power supply must be disconnected before any maintenance operation is
performed.

: The refrigerant inside the cooling circuit is pressurized

2.10
Recycling
Before recycling the unit, the refrigerant fluid shall be collected using proper
equipment.
Releasing the refrigerant fluid into the atmosphere is prohibited. In order to avoid
pollution proper containers should be employed to collect the fluid and delivered to
the local recycling facility or to the unit supplier for disposing.
The compressor contains lubricant oil that shall be collected and disposed according
to the local rules and regulations.
Once the oil and the refrigerant fluid are properly disposed the unit can be recycled.
Separate iron, aluminium, plastic, copper, steel for further recycling.
