f) Switching on the Speed Controller
Put the on/off switch of the speed controller (see figure in chapter 8. e) in the “ON” position. Then wait for a few
seconds (leave the throttle/brake lever on the transmitter in the neutral position; do not move it).
Then the motor emits a short sound and then a confirmation tone (“DO-RE-MI”); then the current throttle/brake lever
setting is saved as the neutral setting. The speed controller LED is lit green. The cruise control is now ready for
operation. You can steer the vehicle with the transmitter.
The sounds are generated by a short start-up of the motor by the speed controller. Depending on motor,
the sounds may be very low.
If the drive of the vehicle starts although the throttle/brake on the transmitter is in the neutral position, then
adjust the trim on the transmitter until the engine stops.
Now check the drive and steering function of the vehicle.
g) Attaching and Fastening the Car Body
Push the aerial tube from the bottom of the body through the respective opening. Now put the car body on the holders
and fasten it with the car body clips removed at the start.
