OPERATION PROCEDURE
POWER ON
Plug in power supply, console will power on and display all segments on LCD for 2 seconds.
WORKOUT SELECTION
Press
UP
or
DOWN
to select workout:

1. Press
UP
or
DOWN
to select manual mode, and press
ENTER
to get into.
2. Press
UP

DOWN
to set
TIME
(Figure 9),
DISTANCE
(Figure 10),
CALORIES
(Figure 11),
PULSE
(Figure 12),
and press
ENTER
to switch the value setting.
3. Press
START/STOP
to start workout. Press
UP
or
DOWN
to adjust resistance level during workout.
Resistance level display in
WATT
window, not any adjusting for 3s, it will switch to display
WATT
(Figure 13).
4. Press
START/STOP
to pause workout. Press
RESET
to return to main menu.
Press
START/STOP
in main menu, start workout in manual mode directly.

to select Beginner mode, and press
