2. Measure ingredients according to the recipe, and evenly distribute
them inside the tray.
3. Follow steps 3 to 9 given in “Standard operating procedure for auto-
matic programs”.
The countdown does not start until the device reaches its operating tem-
perature (water comes to a full boil).
If you want to adjust the default settings we advise consulting the Recom-
mended Steaming Time Settings for Various Products in the back of the Manual.
PASTA Program
The program is recommended for cooking pasta, sausages, eggs, etc. Default
cook time is 8 minutes. It can be adjusted from 2 minutes to 20 minutes in
1 minute intervals. After water comes to a full boil the device produces an
audible signal upon boiling alarming you to put ingredients inside the bowl.
Repress the START button, the countdown starts. TIME DELAY is not appli-
cable for the program.
Note! When cooking foods that can foam, open the lid a few minutes after
you add ingredients into water to prevent foam from boiling over
SLOW COOK Program
The program is recommended for making slow cooked dishes. Default
time is 3 hours. It can be adjusted from 30 minutes to 12 hours in 10
minute intervals.
VACUUM Program
The program is recommended for cooking vacuum sealed products. Default time
is 2 hours 30 minutes. It can be adjusted from 10 minutes to 12 hours in 5
minute intervals. The KEEP WARM function is not applicable for the program.
BAKE Program
The program is recommended for baking cakes, puddings, yeast and puff
pastry dough. Default time is 1 hour. It can be adjusted from 20 minutes
to 8 hours in 5 minute intervals.
The readiness of the cake may be checked with a toothpick. Insert a toothpick
in and if it comes out dry, your cake is ready.
We recommend disabling the KEEP WARM function when baking.
RICE/GRAINS Program
The program is recommended for cooking different types of grains. Default
time is 35 minutes. It can be adjusted from 5 minutes to 4 hours in 5
minute intervals.
PILAF Program
The program is recommended for cooking different types of rice pilafs,
paella or risotto. Default time is 1 hour. It can be adjusted from 20 minutes
to 1 hour 30 minutes in 10 minute intervals.
YOGURT Program
Make healthy and delicious yogurts at home. Default time is 8 hours. It
can be adjusted from 10 minutes to 12 hours in 10 minute intervals. The
KEEP WARM function is not applicable for the program.
Do not fill the bowl more than half full.
PIZZA Program
The program is recommended for making pizza. Default time is 25 minutes.
It can be adjusted from 10 minutes to 1 hour with 5 minute intervals.
BREAD Program
The program is recommended for baking white and wheat-rye breads.
The program includes complete baking cycle starting from the process
of proofing the dough and up until the moment you take the freshly baked
product out.
Default time is 3 hours. It can be adjusted from 1 hour to
6 hours in 10 minute intervals.
The KEEP WARM function is not applicable for the program. Do not fill
the bowl more than half full.
Remember, that the baking starts one hour after the beginning of the
program when the dough has proofed.

Before using a baking flour, we advise you sift it, removing any im
-
purities and adding to it some air.
• We recommend to disable TIME DELAY because it may affect the
quality of baked goods.
•
Do not open the lid until the program finishes!
• In order to minimize the cooking time and to simplify the process of
baking we advise using baking flour mixes.
