When you contact Recon for assistance, you need to provide the

following information:

• MOD Live firmware version number. Go to Preferences and

select Settings.

• MOD Live serial number. See the white sticker on the back of

the battery pack.

• Remote controller ID. See the white sticker on the back of the

remote controller. Refer to the last 3 digits.
