MOD Live FAQ

Why does my display show a red icon?

Whenever the remote controller is more than ten feet away from MOD LIVE, the wireless

connection is lost. A solid red icon means that MOD LIVE has stopped searching for a wireless

connection with the remote controller.
Steps to take:

Press any button on the remote controller.

2. Wait for the icon to turn blue.

Why does my display show the RECON logo instead of the dashboard?

Steps to take:

Turn the power off by pressing MOD LIVE’s power button.

2. Wait a few seconds.
3.

Turn the power back on.

Why can’t I access the dashboard or any apps? My display appears blank.

This happens when you leave your goggles stored in a very cold location (outdoors overnight, in

the trunk of a vehicle).
Steps to take:

Warm up MOD LIVE (with the power turned off) for at least ten minutes. Move indoors, or

wear it.

If the display doesn’t appear when you turn the power on, charge up the MOD LIVE battery

for an hour using the Recon AC adapter.
