Verificare le impostazioni elettroniche di settaggio come descritto nel paragrafo “Ritorno ai parametri di fabbrica” oppure regolare il
settaggio sul funzionamento automatico come descritto nel paragrafo “Impostazione dell’apparecchio al funzionamento manuale/automatico”.
4-
Controllare di aver lasciato sufficiente spazio libero tra il prodotto da confezionare e la bocca del sacchetto; uno spazio limitato crea grinze e
pieghe sulla bocca del sacchetto che limitano il livello di vuoto raggiungibile e impediscono al sensore di vuoto di far partire la saldatura
automaticamente.
La macchina non raggiunge un livello di vuoto conveniente:
1-
Controllare di aver posizionato correttamente la bocca del sacchetto tra le guarnizioni della camera del vuoto. (Immagine 1) 2-
Procedere con i test di autodiagnosi per assicurarsi che la macchina funzioni correttamente.
3-
La macchina funziona correttamente con sacchetti di tipo goffrato a marchio Reber, sacchetti differenti possono non funzionare correttamente;
controllare di aver utilizzato i sacchetti corretti.
4-
Controllare di aver tolto tutte le possibili asperità che possono bucare il sacchetto; le macchine creano un livello di vuoto elevato con
conseguente adesione del sacchetto al prodotto, qualsiasi punta o asperità può creare dei microfori nel sacchetto che faranno entrare aria.
5-
Controllare di aver lasciato sufficiente spazio libero tra il prodotto da confezionare e la bocca del sacchetto; uno spazio limitato crea grinze e
pieghe sulla bocca del sacchetto che limitano il livello di vuoto raggiungibile.
6-
Controllare le guarnizioni della camera del vuoto; in caso di modeste aspirazione di liquidi le guarnizioni possono indurirsi e danneggiarsi; in
questo caso occorre cambiare le guarnizioni.

MAIN VOLTAGE
Before plugging in, check that the mains voltage corresponds to the voltage indicated on the technical data sticker of the machine. Please check the notes
and instructions concerning electrical connection.
