Replace the Y-axis belt

Open the back service lid.

1. Install the Y-axis fixing plate on the machine and screw up the two screws (Phillips

screwdriver).

2. Screw off the four screws of the metal sheet of the Y-axis motor (3mm Hex wrench).

3. Push the metal sheet of the motor forward.

4. Replace the timing belt.

5. Install the Y-axis motor on the machine.

6. Note that the belt should be a little tight when reinstalling it.

7. Disassemble the Y-axis fixing plate and screw off the two screws (Phillips

screwdriver).
