DESCRIPTION
The appliance has been designed to avoid heating of an empty tank. After evaporation of water from the tank
the power is automatically disconnected.
With high sensitivity thermostat, it is possible to provide steam at 135°C to ensure disinfection and
sterilization.
The safety valve has an automatic pressure release option. When the steam pressure is too high the valve
automatically opens and releases the excess of pressure.
