8 TROUBLE
SHOOTING
Here is a list of some of the possible problems encountered during operation of the Lift. Ravaglioli may not be held liable for any damage
to persons, animals or objects in the case of action by unauthorised personnel. For this reason, should a fault occur, you should contact
the technical services as soon as possible for instructions to carry out actions and/or adjustments in maximum safety, to prevent danger
to persons, animals or objects.
Technical services must be called. Take no action yourself.
Turn the main switch to “0” and padlock it in case of emergency and/or maintenance on the lift.

Descent is extremely slow

Warning: with empty, unloaded, lift down motion is slow.
Motor runs as normal but rise speed is ex-
tremely slow

• pump suction fi lter partially blocked
• clean fi lter
• worn or damaged pump
• replace pump
• calibration valve faulty
• contact technical services
Release cylinder failed to work.
• no air in system
