Casserole / Stir fried
Select this cooking process if you want to cook casseroles or stir fries.
Casserole under pressure
Select this cooking path if you want to cook casseroles or under pressure.
Braise
Select this cooking process if you want to braise larger pieces of meat.
Braise meat under pressure
Select this cooking path if you want to braise larger pieces of meat under pressure.
Sous-vide
Select this cooking process if you want to cook meat pieces sous-vide. The cooking process is ideal for portioned
food.
Low temperature cooking
Select this cooking process, if you want to boil large meat pieces, which are typically cooked in liquid, overnight, or
if you are not staying in the kitchen.
