3. Fully re-assemble the machine.
4. Place the lower pot into its compartment so that its handle is oriented towards one
side of the machine.
5. Run the coffee-making process one time and then proceed with the corresponding
action based on whichever one of the following scenarios you encounter:
• If the sound that the pump makes fluctuates between a high and low
frequency, it means that the lower pot cover is working correctly and is
properly pressure sealing the lower pot. Proceed with the following step.
• If the sound that the pump makes is at a steady frequency, it means that the
lower pot cover does not fully cover and pressure seal the lower pot. Repeat
the steps described above until the pumps sound returns to the normal
fluctuation between a high and low frequency.
6. Stop the suction process, restart the machine, rotate the lower pot so its handle is
oriented in the opposite direction, and then run the coffee-making process again.
7. Follow the instructions in step 5 to determine if the sound that the pump makes is
the normal high and low fluctuation. If the sound is at a steady frequency repeat
steps 1 to 6 until it reverts back to its normal mode of operation.
