Section II Installation
Electrical
•
Follow NEC, NFPA 99C, and all local codes.
•
Vacuum pump is shipped with the appropriate
6' electrical power conduit whip.
•
Qualified personnel must install a dedicated
electrical circuit.
•
See “Specifications” for more electrical
information.
Electrical shock could occur as a result of
improper grounding. This product must be
grounded according to NEC regulations and
local codes.
WARNING
Always turn off Vacuum pump and remove
power when servicing.
WARNING
Use of an extension cord is not advisable. An
undersized extension cord will cause a drop in line
voltage and loss of power. Overheating will result.
