Issue

Diagnose

Solution

Dispenser has no
power thus monitor is
not lit.

Check electric connection and power
cables connection.

If damaged, replace. If it is not
connected, connect.

Check power card inside the dispenser.

If damaged, replace.

Check the circuit breaker of the dispenser
in the electrical box.

If it is off turn it on. If it is
damaged, replace

Make sure that the power being received
to the dispenser is 230 VAC.

Make sure that the power cable
is not damaged. If damaged
replace.

Leakage took place
and the product inside
the tank decreased but
the leak alarm is not
working.

Check power source to the leak alarm
console.

If not connected, connect.

Check if the leak sensor is working.

if not working, replace

Check the electrical connection from the
sensor to the alarm console.

Check the conductivity of the
wires, if not conducting properly
replace wire.

Check the unit console itself

If it is not working or
malfunctioning. Replace.
