Issue Diagnose Solution
Probe is not reading
actual readings
during the tank
filling operation.
check the that hose of truck is actually
working or the delivering truck it
might not be delivering the product.
make sure it is actually
working. Sometimes there
might be a problem in the
filling truck.
Check that the check valve is actually
working properly.
Mechanically inspect the
check valve from any wear,
damages or if the check valve
is stuck or not working
properly. If it is not operating
properly, replace the check
valve.
Check if the cut off valve is fully
opened.
Mechanically check the cut
off valve from any wear,
damages or if the cutoff valve
is stuck or not working
properly. If it is not working
properly replace the cutoff
valve.
Check that the servo motor normally
opened (by checking the arrow) it will
indicate if it is opened or not or the
butterfly flange is not working
properly.
If it is not working replace
the servo motor or butterfly
flange whatever the part that
is not operating properly.
Check the readings of the tank in both
consoles (Digimon part 2 and
progauge console part 23).
If both readings are the same,
replace the probe.
Overfilling alarm
part number 8 in
section 1.3 is
alarming, and the
check all electrical connections. if any cable if any damages
appeared, replace wires with the
right dimensions and material
quality (specifications).
