working wheel so that it can be put into action in filling the hull with water. The entrance to the pump is
equipped with one-way valve that prevents leakage of water from the body after stopping work in. It is
also guaranteed in the body of the pump has enough water for the next release in action.
4. Information about the noise.
The values are measured according to EN 60745.
Sound pressure level Lp
A
= 90.2 dB (A)
Sound power level Lw
A
= 106.5 dB (A)
Work with a earmuffs!
5. Applications: The pump is designed for household use for personal use at home and garden.
For fixed installation and pumping water from wells and other passive waters. It may only be used
within the application according to the technical data.
5.1. The pump is mainly suitable for the following applications:
Irrigation and watering of lawns, beds and vegetable gardens.
For pumping water reservoirs and ponds.
For pumping from wells, tanks and rainwater tanks.
5.2. Inappropriate use. The pump should not be used continuously. It is not suitable for industrial
and industrial activities as well as for pumping drinking water, sea water, food, dirty water, aggressive
funds, corrosive chemicals, flammable, explosive or gaseous fluids, fluids that are greater than 35° C
water containing sand and abrasive particles.
6. Operations before starting the pump.
Before you start working with the pump meet the necessary requirements to prevent accidents
and injuries.
6.1. Put gasoline water pump on a solid, flat horizontal base to prevent it from tilting or overturning,
which may lead to spillage of fuel. To prevent fire hazards, keep the pump in a well ventilated place
during operation and provide at least 1m between it and the wall or other machinery and away from
flammable substances.
6.2. Free gas in the tank. Please use unleaded petrol to minimize carbon deposits in the combustion
chamber. Do not use a mixture of gasoline and oil or dirty gasoline.
6.3. Check the air filter. Twist the nut and washers and remove the lid of the filter. Polluted air
filter will restrict the entry of air into the carburetor. To prevent failures in the carburetor, be sure to
periodically clean the air filter. More frequent maintenance of the air filter is necessary if the pump
operates in an extremely dirty environment. Check the filter to see if it is not too dirty and clean it if
necessary. Do not run engine without air filter as this can lead to rapid wear of the engine if dirt or dust
is sucked into the engine through the carburetor
6.4. Place in bottom of one hose clamp, then insert the end of the filter in the hose and tighten it
with a bracket. For the incoming water hose must be rigid and difficult to bend. Its length must not be
greater than 8 m. Before the pumping of water, be sure to attach the filter at the end of the hose to
filter elements of hard water, the presence of which may cause obstruction and damage to the turbine
pump. Insert the end of the hose with the filter in the sources. The filter must be located at least 0,3
m below the water and at least 0,2 m from the shore or bottom, to avoid suction of stones or weeds.
All connections must be properly fastened to prevent the intake air and reduce the suction power.
Violation of the tightness of the suction pipe can stop pumping. Install the inlet pipe so that a constant
slope from the pump to the water source. In no case should allow part of the intake manifold is of
greater height than the pump because of the possibility of the emergence of “hovercraft”. When
the pump operates at altitudes above 250 m, inlet pressure decreases. With increasing altitude,
atmospheric pressure decreases, so that the inlet pressure is also reduced.
6.5. Contact force-output hose nozzle with water. All connections must be properly fastened to
prevent leaks. Greater reduction in diameter is not recommended because the hoses with smaller
diameters will increase the resistance of water flow and reduce the flow of the pump. Make sure the
flange and hose are well tight to prevent slip of the hose into the rushing stream of water.
6.6. Filling the pump with water. The pump should be filled with water before starting work.
Unscrewed plug for filling of water (bleeding) and pour in water until the pump goes into.
CAUTION: Do not try to run the pump without water because the pump will not start to pump will
