Internal Calls (Intercom Calls)
You may talk with another person using the handset or base without engaging the
external phone line.
Handset
1. Press
Int
on the handset.
2.
When you hear the internal dial tone (a pattern of three short beeps followed
by a pause), dial the number of the handset you want to call (a number from
1-4), or dial 0 to call the base.
3. Press
the
*
key or the
ALL INT
soft key to page all handsets. All phones will
ring, but only one can take the call.
4.
The party being called presses either
Talk
on the handset or
“Intcm”
on the
base to answer.
5.
When finished, press
End
once or return handset to base (or charger) to
disconnect the call.
Speakerphone
1. Press
Intcm
on the base.
2.
When you hear the internal dial tone (a pattern of three short beeps followed
by a pause), dial the number of the handset you want to call (a number from
1-4), or press * to ring all handsets (although only one can answer.)
3.
The party being called presses either
Talk
on the handset or
Intcm
on the
base to answer.
4.
When finished, press
Intcm
on base or
End
on handset.
Redial
You may redial any of the last five external numbers dialed from a handset or the last
number dialed from the speakerphone.
Handset
1. Press
the
REDIAL
soft key.
2.
Use the [
5
] and [
6
] keys to view the redialable
numbers and the
Talk
key to dial the displayed
number.
Note: Redialable numbers are unique to each handset.
