Note:

ERR means current setup is invalid.

Please make sure all the cable connections are correct.
10.2 Self-diagnosis System Information
After installation, please connect PTZ camera to power. The system goes on a self-diagnosis routine, and then it
pops up the above interface to show the system information.
If there is anything wrong during the self-diagnosis, system pops up error code.
The above interface disappears after PTZ camera received the first command (or the display time lasts for 20
seconds).

ADDR: Here you can view dome address information. For example, 001-H, 1 is the address number, -H is
hard address mode.
–S is software address mode.

BAUD RATE: Dome communication baud rate.

PARITY: Communication parity bit format.

SOFTWARE: Dome PTZ software version.
When you are using the control keyboard or the matrix host to control the device, please make sure the
control parameter of the keyboard or the matrix host is the same with the PTZ camera OSD (including
address, baud rate, parity). Please make sure the cable connection is OK.
10.3 Main Menu
You can open the PTZ camera menu via control keyboard, matrix, or PTZ camera control terminal.

SYSTEM INFORMATION
：
Dome self-diagnosis information, address information, system time setup, set
north direction, language, factory default setup, reboot and so on.

DISPLAY SETTING: Display dome preset title, azimuth display, time, direction, dome internal temperature
information.
