As an EMI reduction requirement all unused clocks

shall be turned off during BIOS setup for the CK420BQ,
DB1900Z, and CKMNG+. This is accomplished by using the
Clock SMBus interface.

All root and end points for SNB –EP / IVB -EP PCIe

should be from the same clock source. This is a requirement
put forth by the SNB-EP and IVB-EP Silicon Teams.
