To stop dispensing, press any of the 5 buttons on the display.
Operation and programming:
1. Operation: before plugging in the mains, check that the switch is set to 'O'. Insert
the hopper locking tab and check that it slides into place. Place the hopper in its seat
by applying pressure to the side with your fingers until it is firmly in place, then attach it
to the grinding adjustment ring nut using the specific screw supplied with the appliance,
making sure that the hole on the hopper is aligned with the one on the ring nut. Now,
after pouring the coffee beans into the specific hopper, the grinder-dispenser is ready
for operation.
Open the tab and plug it into the mains, then set the switch to 'I'. At this point, the display
will light up and read 'READY'; the grinder-dispenser is in the condition to dispense the
desired coffee doses (one to three) or to be programmed. After placing the filter holder
in the filter fork, you can proceed with the brewing of ground coffee in this way:
- single dose: by pressing the button indicating a cup
- double dose: by pressing the button indicating two cups
- triple dose: by pressing the button indicating three cups
- manual dosage: pressing the 'MAN' button will start the grinder-dispenser.
To stop dispensing, press the 'MAN' button again (however, the grinder-dispenser stops
itself after 4 minutes).
2. Programming FOR ONE CUP - Press the 'MENU' button for 3 seconds to access
the programming menu. Press the '+' or '-' button to scroll through the menu, select
'dose time 1' by pressing the 'OK' button; '+' or '-' can be used to increase or decrease
the grinding time expressed in seconds (3 digits) and hundredths of a second (2 digits)
respectively to set and refine the dispensed dose. Once the time has been programmed,
press the 'OK' button again to confirm and exit. Exit the menu by pressing 'ESC'.
FOR TWO CUPS - Same as for one cup by positioning on 'dose 2 time'.
FOR THREE CUPS - Same as for one cup by positioning on 'dose 3 time'.
The maximum time that can be set is 640 seconds and 99 hundredths of a second for
all three options.
STAND BY TIME - This is the time after which the display enters power-saving mode. To
set it, press the 'MENU' button for 3 seconds to access the programming menu, press
the '+' or '-' button to scroll through the menu until you reach 'STAND BY time'. Select
it by pressing the 'OK' button, then use '+' or '-' to increase or decrease the time (in
minutes). Once set, press the 'OK' button again to confirm and exit. To exit the menu,
press 'ESC'.
