The New iQ 1000 Carrousel model fryer has a large output tray, ideal 
for the various products to fall where you can collect them as you 
prefer, with a food shovel, tongs or simply with your hands.  Finally, 
there is the multi product output which, unlike the large drawer unit, 
has three (3) pots to separate each fried product.  This tray has a 
lid that protects the product from external agents and keeps food 
hotter for longer.
