Programs
To select the various fryer programs, keep the icon pressed.
Once opening this option, select one of the programs available on
the fryer, which are:
1 . I N D I V I D U A L
o work in this mode, you have
to place the carrousel at the
product input, then turn
on the equipment so that it
recognizes this work hopper.
This mode is also known as
small portions, it allows you to
fry two (2) different products
at the same time while four (4)
products are on stand by in
the input hopper or carrousel.
When selecting small portions,
the display shows the icon
with two (2) 500g portions.
2 . L A R G E
This production is used for
large portions, for this we
have to switch the carrousel
input hopper for the standard
input, so that the equipment
recognizes this mode we
must make this change before
turning on the equipment or
restart it if we were already
working with the carrousel. In
this mode, a product is fried
inside the fryer, leaving one
(1) product on standby. When
selecting large servings, the
display shows the icon with
one (1) 800g serving.
