Once disconnected and with the extractor dock upright, pull the
handle positioned beneath the unit on the bottom left, and once it
has been pulled, remove the fryer from inside the unit.
Once the fryer case is out of the unit, remove the polystyrene
positioners which are located behind the fryer. Also remove the
additional polystyrene found in the filter box, doing so by opening
the clasps or the two latches located on the metal box on the
