The New iQ 1000 Carrousel model fryer has two (2) input types. The
continuous production hopper and the standard hopper.
P r o d u c t I n p u t
The continuous/carrousel hopper, it is located at the top of the
appliance.with four (4) inputs which optimises productivity by being
able to have various commands at once.
Its large capacity for high demand items facilitates the work of
the operator as they only need to put the items to be fried in the
compartments and then select the appropriate settings on the
display for each compartment. This leaves more time for taking care
of other tasks during service.
The standard hopper has enough capacity to hold the maximum
amount of food that can be fried at one time in large portions.
