4. Replace Burner Orifices:
Use a 3/8" socket wrench to remove existing
burner orifices. See Fig. 3
Install new burner orifices as follows:
Rear Burner = #53
Middle Burner = #63
Front Burner = #66
5. Reinstall burner pan and burner tubes.
6. Remove and replace manual regulator. See in-
structions provided with part.
7. Light pilot and leak test.
8. Ignite burners and check HI/LO regulator for
leaks.
9. Apply conversion sticker to unit.
10. Turn unit OFF and reinstall firebox components in
reverse order.
NOTE! Ensure that orifice size for each
burner tube and your altitude is correct.
Refer to the Safety Label located at the rear
of stove, a copy of which is also located in the
Owner’s Manual for these sizes and their
proper placement. See page 11 of this manual
for high altitude adjustment of burner orifice
size.
