(1) HI/LO Valve Regulator with instructions
Tools Required:
5/32" Allen wrench
3/8" socket and open end wrenches
7/16" socket and open end wrenches
10 mm open-end wrench
TH20 torque screwdriver
Phillips screwdriver
Gas Leak Detector
Manometer
Directions:
1. Remove door, logs, burner tubes,
nuggets and rear log shelf.
Remove 4 screws from burner pan
and remove pan.
2. Pull off black extension knobs &
remove control panel cover.
3. Replace pilot orifice:
Lift pilot hood and remove. See Fig. 1.
Use a 5/32" Allen wrench to remove
existing pilot orifice. See Fig. 2.
Replace pilot orifice with the #35 DMS.
Replace pilot hood by ensuring that the
notches on the hood and the pilot tower
are aligned. Snap the hood into place.
