Deleting Rate Favorites

Follow the procedure below to delete a rate favorite from the list rate favorites.

How to Delete a Rate Favorite

You have to connect as a

Supervisor

(see

How to Log in as Supervisor

on page 236).

To delete a rate favorite:

1.

As supervisor:

From the main menu, select the path:

Favorites

Rate favorites

2.

Select the favorite you want to delete.

3.

Press

[Delete]

.

A confirmation message is displayed.

4.

Press

[OK]

to validate.

When you delete a Rate Favorite, the system automatically delete
its shortcut, if created.

Direct Access Shortcuts (Button Bar)

The four right hand side buttons located on the bottom tool bar can be customized.

For example, if you often use Presort rates, you can find useful to
assign to a button the screen that allows you to print the Operational
Presort Report and reset the Presort counter.
