Amplifier Problems

Symptom

Possible Cause

Amplifier "Dead"

NOTE:

Be Sure a selection is playing. Screen

should say,

“Now Playing”

All Amplifier LEDs Dark

Amplifier power cord unplugged

Amplifier circuit breaker tripped

Defective Amplifier

Green POWER LEDs ON

Yellow COM LEDs Dark

Red OTT LEDs Dark

Input cables not connected

Cables to audio interface not connected

Defective audio interface

Green POWER LEDs ON

Yellow COM LEDs blinking or on

Red OVERLOAD LEDs Dark

Audio output cable not connected

Be sure speakers are connected.

Jukebox speaker switch at “0”

Defective amplifier

Green POWER LEDs ON

Yellow COM LEDs ON

Red OVERLOAD LEDs Lit

Amplifier overload. Turn off main switch and
try again after 15 minutes.

Reduce volume or number of speakers

Replace amplifier if still in overload.

Weak Sound

Not enough volume

Power amplifier gain controls too low
