Dual Horns
The dual horn is made up of three parts. The dual horn (part # 351) and two solid 3/4”
extenders (part # 355).
These parts must be attached and tightened with the appropriate wrench set to ensure
proper connection so the horn resonates at the proper frequency.
As with all horns, there must be clean, tight mating surfaces. Please refer to Maintenance
section of this manual for direction on how to clean the threaded mating surfaces and ensure
that the threaded studs are attached tightly to the horn.
Step 1:
Attach first ¾” extender (part #
355) to the dual horn.
Step 2:
Tighten the ¾” extender with the
pin spanner wrench provided with the
Sonicator.
Step 3:
Attach the second ¾” extender
(part # 355) to the dual horn.
Step 4:
Tighten the ¾” extender with the
pin spanner wrench provided with the
Sonicator.
