Issue

Solution

My universal remote control isn't working 1. Check the audiovisual device If the

main switch for the device is switched

off, the universal remote control cannot

control the device.

2. Check that the batteries have been

inserted properly, respecting the polarity.

3. Check that you've pressed the right

button on the device.

4. Replace the batteries if they're running

low

If several device codes are listed for the

brand of my audiovisual device, how can

I select the right device code?

To determine the right code for the

audiovisual device, try the codes one

after the other until most of the buttons

are working correctly.

My audiovisual device isn't responding to

any buttons.

Try with another code until most of the

buttons are working properly.

The brand of my audiovisual device isn't

included in the code list.

In this case, carry out a manual code

search (section 4.2) or an automatic

code search (section 4.3). To search for

codes, all codes for one device type are

tested by manufacturers, such as the

codes for the SAT receivers, regardless

of the manufacturer.

I've tried all of the codes available in the

list for my audiovisual device brand, but

none of the codes work.

In this case, carry out a manual code

search (section 4.2) or an automatic

code search (section 4.3). To search for

codes, all codes for one device type are

tested by manufacturers, such as the

8. GUARANTEES

Guarantees and limitations of liability

Products are guaranteed for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase, or from

the date of delivery to the customer’s home. Depending on the country, this guarantee

consists of 24 to 36 months of validity for the legal compliance guarantee.

For countries that only implement a 24-month legal compliance guarantee, a 12-month

commercial guarantee is applied at the end of the first guarantee, and supplements it.
