Maintenance

PyroMark Q96 ID User Manual 01/2016

Procedure:
1.

Ensure that no vacuum is applied to the Vacuum Prep

Tool, i.e. the vacuum switch is closed (Off), and the
vacuum pump is switched off.

Disconnect the vacuum pump from the mains power.

Remove the broken tubing at one end and empty any

liquid waste into an empty beaker.

Disconnect the other end of the tubing and discard the

tubing and any liquid waste.

Cut the new vacuum tubing into three pieces and

assemble it. Use the old tubing as a template for the size
of the new tubing pieces. Ensure that the tubing is

connected to the pump’s vacuum fitting.

Reconnect the vacuum pump to the mains power.
