Assembly

Put the four screws through the leaf spring plates into
the leaf spring retainer and tighten them.
f
Repeat the process on the other side.
f
Remove the retaining rings and bolts from the
packaging.
f
Connect the air spring to the retainer on the impeller
shaft with a bolt and secure it with the circlip as
shown in the picture.

Repeat the process on the other side.
Tip!
The orientation of the leaf spring plates can be additionally regulated, since the leaf
spring holder on the axle has long holes which allow a lateral alignment.
Installing the wheel guard and the leaf spring cover
The wheel guard on both sides of the cabin prevents the wheels from getting stuck on pillars or
similar obstacles. The leaf spring covers serve as protection against bruises.

Make sure that the slide covers for the wheel guard and leaf spring cover are fixed and
tightened on both sides.

Slide the wheel guard onto the slide holder as shown
in the picture.
f
Be sure that the fixing mechanism locks audibly.
f
Repeat the procedure on the other side of the trailer.
f
Slide the leaf spring cover onto the slide holder as
shown in the picture.
f
Be sure that the fixing mechanism locks audibly.
f
Repeat the procedure on the other side of the trailer.
