Volume flow rate 

 

The volume of a gas that passes through a 

given surface per unit of time e.g. m

/hr 

 

Warm-up self-test 

 

Pre-determined self-test sequence to test the 
analyzer functions which takes place after the 

analyzer is switched on. 
 

Warranty 

 

The instrument is under guarantee against 
defect in materials and workmanship for a 
period of 3 years from the date of shipment to 

the operator and is subject to the recommended 
service and recalibration requirements. 

 

Water trap 

 

Device used to protect the instrument from 

water or moisture ingress.  
 

Zero 

 

The point at which the gas analyzer is calibrated 
when there is none of the target gas present. 
 

Zero transducers 

 

This option allows the relative pressure
