on your purchase of your PursuiTrak GPS Vehicle Tracking,
Recovery, and Convenience Device. This device, when properly installed, will
allow you to send commands to your vehicle via the Internet or Telephone. It will
also confirm the receipt of sent commands; notify you when there is an unautho-
rized entry into the vehicle; and when there is unauthorized vehicle movement.
Although the device has been installed in your vehicle , you must activate the
device by completing the Wireless Services Application and sign the Terms and
Conditions agreement. Seaguard Electronics, LLC., is responsible for the ve-
hicle tracking, theft recovery, and wireless services utilizing the PursuiTrak unit.
