By analogy to LPT-port, contacts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 14, 16, 17 are
outputs, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15 are inputs, The second port is 16 optoisolated
inputs. The third port is 8 power relays.
• XP35 – XP42 connectors are connectors for power relays К1 — К8 (fig.
2).
• LED18 — LED25 indicate state of power relays K1 – K8.
• ХР43 — ХР50 connectors (fig. 2) allow to connect doubled LEDs which
are intended for indication of power relays K1 – K8.
• Connectors XP1 – XP16 – connection of optoisolated inputs (fig. 2).
• LED1 – LED16 signal about inputs XP1 – XP16 state.
• ХР17 — ХР32 connectors (fig. 2) allow to connect doubled LEDs which
are intended for indication of inputs XP1 – XP16 state.
• LED26 — LED29 – indication of controller state.
• ХР51 — ХР54 connectors (fig. 2) allow to connect doubled LEDs for
indication of a controller state, e.g. in case of its installation to some
part of a housing.
• The controller has also converter PWN>voltage (XP34) for control of
frequency converter (fig. 2).
• The controller has 3 ports. The first port is presented by XS3.
connector. It is buffered and is similar to LPT-port according to
assignment and contacts numeration (fig. 2).
1. Turn on the controller and connect it to Ethernet.
Link LED must flash on. If it does not or blinks and network connection
icon appears/disappears in Windows, automatic type definition went
incorrect (this was caused by special features of some network cards).
In this case it is necessary to set up manually. Click on the [Start] icon-
[Control Panel], [Network and Sharing Center], Local Area Connection
– properties. Then press ‘configure’ (fig. 4). In ‘Advanced tab’ choose
‘Speed and duplex mode’ and set ‘10Mbit per second full duplex’ (fig. 5).
(Parameters and names can slightly differ in different network cards).
2. For device work with MACH3, you need to install plug-in.
