Technical features
The device is a controller of PLCM series ( see user’s manual), has 3
input/output ports and Ethernet and USB interface for PC connection.
Port #1 is transmitted to LPT-port. Port #2 – control of 8 high-current
relay. Port #3 – 16 optoisolated inputs.
The controller uses one supplying voltage. The device has PWN>voltage
converter.

IT IS RECOMMENDED TO USE HIGH QUALITY NOISE-PROOF CABLES
ETHERNET AND USB.
THE CONTROLLER WORKS WITH MACH3 R3.043.XXX VERSIONS AND
HIGHER, ALWAYS REMEMBER TO UPDATE MACH3.
• XP33 connector – controller power socket (12V) (fig. 2).
• LED17 signals about supplying current.
• XS2 connector (fig. 2) is intended for PLCM-E4 connection to
PLCM-E4. Connection is recommended to provide with cable of the
5th category or higher. Usage of patch-cords with straight and cross
crimping is admitted. It is possible to connect to PC directly without
commutator usage.
• XS1 connector is used for connection PLCM-E4 to USB port.
Connection is recommended with a screened cable with ferrite rings.
