SERVICE INSTRUCTION

K 152, 202, 203, 252, 302

K152/202/203/252/302.58.0101.Eng/Digital

Fit the terminal board plate (and terminal
boards) and tighten the three (3) screws.

Clean the 0-ring groove of the junction box cover and oil the 0-
ring. Connect the motor cable leads to the terminal boards.

Press down the junction box cover and tighten the screws firmly.
Be careful not to pinch wires, and always use spring washers for
the screws.

Place the shaft/rotor unit/oil housing assembly in an upright
position and remove the old gasket. Clean the mating surfaces
between oil housing and stator housing with a knife or scraper.
Cover up the oil channels to avoid foreign objects from falling
down into the oil chamber.

Apply glue, e.g. Permatex, on both sides of the gasket and mount it
on the oil housing. Check that the oil channels are open.

Connect the stator leads to the terminal
boards in accordance with the wiring diagram
