Oil and Fuel Recommendations

 

 

Check oil level regularly. See oil chart, capacity, checking and filling procedures. 

 

Maintain correct oil level.  Check daily before starting engine. 

 

Change oil

 

Change oil after the first 8 hours of operation.  Drain oil while engine is warm. 

Note:  Change oil thereafter every 25 hours of operation or yearly. 

 

Change oil filter 

Replace oil filter after every 100 hours of operation or yearly.  Drain engine oil and change filter.  

Before installing new filter, lightly oil filter gasket with fresh, clean oil.  Screw filter on by hand 

until gasket contacts filter adapter.  Tighten ½ to ¾ turn more.
