Select the firmware BINARY file (xxxx-vvv-yyyyyyyy.bin) and click “Add”. Then click
“OK”.

NOTE: The BOOT firmware file (xxxxBOOT-vvv-yyyyyyyy.bin) must
be upgraded first. Then repeat the steps to upgrade the firmware
file (xxxx-vvv-yyyyyyyy.bin).
