Disconnect the pump from the mains/power supply.

Depressurise and vent the hydraulic system around the pump.

Drain the liquid end by turning the pump upside down and allowing

the feed chemical to run out.

Flush the liquid end with a suitable medium, observing the material

safety data sheet. Thoroughly rinse the dosing head.

For possible additional work refer to the Chapter "Storage, transport

and unpacking".

Also drain the gear oil - refer to the "Maintenance” chapter.

Environmental hazard due to incorrect disposal

Note the local guidelines currently applicable in your country, particu‐

larly with regard to electronic waste.
