When intermittent beating is selected, the beater operates for a time which is
programmable at this step and whose value is typically 15 seconds.

Time OFF Beat
When intermittent beating is selected, the beater operates for a time which is
programmable at step U08 and stops for a time which is programmable at this step
and whose value is typically 30 minutes.

Timer Back Light
Upon expiry of inactivity time programmed at this step (expressed in minutes, ex. 3
minutes) in an aging or Stop phase, display backlighting turns off.
Press Stop to switch it on again.
The display is always on when set to 0.
